    This rings true except for the phrase, "public opinion" which often manifests full of delusion, intolerance, and prejudice. The idea of evolutionary consciousness and wisdom fits more appropriately.

    Hubbard himself says, "Public opinion is the judgment of the incapable many opposed to that of the discerning few."
